Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs can be calculated in the checkout page. Please allow 3 days for order processing because the packages are handled by one person. Depending on the destination, packages typically arrive within 2-14 days from the date I receive the payment of the order. If the order is not delivered within 30 days from the date I received the payment, consumer is entitled to cancel the order. Then Freeter Studio is obliged to refund the payment within 30 days.
Products are shipped directly from The Netherlands (my studio). All packages must be signed for.
IMPORTANT - If a package is returned to my studio because the buyer did not claim the package, Freeter Studio does not send replacements. Freeter Studio is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Freeter Studio has no control over this. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Freeter Studio has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
Returns
I accept returns when a product shows factory defects or if I shipped the wrong color/size. I will make the effort to exchange your product but in the case it is unavailable we will refund the cost of the item and shipping.

I will provide a shipping return form that must be filled out and included with any eligible returnable item. Packages returned without first contacting me will not be accepted.
